  • How to take supplements?  
Taking supplements involves adhering to specific instructions provided on the product label, with variations in dosage and timing for different products. It is crucial to follow the guidelines outlined on the bottle, typically recommending the consumption of 1-2 capsules.
  • What is the best way to store Fuelsyou supplements?
We recommends that its products be stored tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, such as a pantry or cabinet. And be sure your hands are dry before handling your supplements and, whenever possible, store the product in the bottle it came in and keep the lid tightly closed.
  • How soon before I feel something from my supplements?
Every individual is unique and every ingredient has a different "mechanism of action" for how it works in the body.
  • How long can Fuelsyou supplements be used?
Fuelyou supplements typically have a two-year expiration date. We do not recommend using a Fuelyou product after its expiration date.
  • Can I substitute a nutritional supplement for a prescribed medication?
Because nutritional supplements can’t be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease, we can’t recommend that you substitute a nutritional supplement for a prescribed medication or a recommended over-the-counter medication.
  • What considerations should be taken into account when using supplements?
Adhere to the recommended dosage. If pregnant, nursing, under 18, or with a known medical condition, consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Keep out of children's reach. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.

  • Can I change or cancel the order?
If there is any change you want to apply to your order or you want to cancel your order, please inform us at jinchelvision@gmail.com within 2 hours after you placed the order. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund.
Kindly note that no change or cancellation can be made if the order has been shipped out and completed.
  • What is the status of my order?
To check on the status of an order, sign into your account on fuelsyou.com using the Registered Email address and password you used during checkout. Once you're signed in, click "Orders" from the menu, and your information is all there. You're always welcome to reach out via emailing jinchelvision@gmail.com.

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders and Express Shipping for extra paid orders in the U.S. Kindly note that the expedited shipping rate is as below.

    • FedEx/UPS overnight: $59.95
    • How long should my order take to arrive?
      Please allow 1 business day for processing the order. Processing and shipping estimated time does not account for holidays or non-business days.

      Returns

      • Can I return the product?
      If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns and exchanges within 31 days of receipt of delivery. Products must be unopened, and in the original condition of packaging.
      • How should I process the return?
