I've been struggling with insomnia for a while and decided to try FuelsYou Sleep Essential Oil. I diffused the oil in my bedroom for 30 minutes before bed. The lavender scent was relaxing, and I found myself feeling much calmer. While I wouldn't say it knocked me out instantly, I did fall asleep noticeably faster and slept through the night without waking up as much. However, the oil is a bit pricey, and I wish there was more information about the ingredients on the label. Overall, a decent sleep aid, but I might look for alternatives next time.
